Tour enquiries and confirmation
Sending an enquiry through WhatsApp, phone, email or the website does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Dates, route details, pickup points, availability and any final price should be agreed directly with Sanu Tours.
Custom routes
Tour examples on the website are planning ideas. Actual schedules may be adjusted for travel time, weather, road conditions, attraction opening times, guest preferences and other practical factors.
Third-party attractions and services
Entry tickets, safari jeeps, accommodation, activity providers or other third-party services may have their own prices, availability, rules and cancellation conditions unless Sanu Tours specifically confirms otherwise.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers should provide accurate dates, pickup information and relevant requirements when confirming a trip, and should follow local laws, attraction rules and safety instructions during travel.
